Coach Delson is a respected coach, mentor, and entrepreneur whose influence in the world of basketball is felt across all levels of the game—from high school gyms to the NBA. As the CEO and founder of Delson Training and Delson Elite League, he has dedicated his life to developing elite athletes through disciplined training, mentorship, and strategic exposure.
He also served as the skills basketball trainer at The Patrick School, one of the most storied high school basketball programs in the country, further cementing his role in shaping elite talent at a pivotal stage in their development.
With a keen eye for talent and a passion for personal growth, Delson has trained and helped shape the careers of some of the game’s most promising players. His resume includes working with NBA athletes such as Jonathan Kuminga, Ryan Dunn, Sandro Mamukelashvili, and Markquis Nowell. His work has also impacted top college athletes, including Elliot Cadeau, Tahaad Pettiford, Simeon Wilcher, CJ Wilcher, Khalif Battle, Trey Patterson, and Jaylen Murray, among many others.
Delson’s reach extends globally, having trained numerous overseas professional players like Kelvin Amayo, Josh Treadwell, and Al-Amir Dawes. His influence also runs deep at the high school level, where he has mentored standout athletes such as Jermel “Magic Mel” Thomas, Jalen Grant, Ethan Mgbako, Tyrease Hunter, Elijah Williams, Yu Lyu, with many more rising under his guidance.

RASHON MICKENS
Director and Consultant
Rashon Mickens serves as Coach and Director of the Delson Elite Basketball League.
Rashon has 25 years of experience as a K-12 public school educator. He has served in various roles as a teacher, instructional coach, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, Principal, Principal Mentor, Executive Director and Assistant Superintendent.
He has over 30 years experience in the game of basketball. Rashon was a standout all-state and nationally ranked basketball player for Elizabeth High School, and later played collegiately at both Wichita State University and American International College eclipsing over 1,000 points in his career before playing professionally in England, CBA, and EBA basketball leagues.
After his playing career, Rashon began coaching at the middle and high school levels in his hometown of Elizabeth, New Jersey for many years. He currently coaches the Jr. Lions middle school travel basketball team out of Hunterdon County, NJ. He is married to his wife Alexandra and together the couple has three children, Ayden, Autumn and Andrew.
TELAINE FLEURMOND
Director of Relations and Chaplain
Pastor Télaine Fleurmond is a passionate woman of faith, purpose, and service, blending her love for God and people in both ministry and sports. With a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, she has served in various pastoral and chaplaincy roles across New York, Michigan, and Ohio, reaching individuals from all walks of life.
Known for her relatable approach, Pastor Télaine is a dynamic preacher who travels extensively, sharing messages of hope and purpose. Her international ministry work spans churches, conferences, and youth events, impacting diverse audiences worldwide.
As a chaplain, she provides inclusive spiritual care to people of all faiths, fostering understanding and compassion. A skilled graphic designer and former educator with the NYC Department of Education, she inspires creativity in students through her design work.
Pastor Télaine also serves as 2nd Lieutenant Chaplain for the Northeastern Conference Medical Cadet Brigade and Director of Relations, strengthening partnerships between ministries and communities. Above all, she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation and guiding individuals toward purpose, healing, and hope.
OMARR MAXIME

Omarr Maxime is a seasoned media director and expert in brand awareness, known professionally as Omarr_Productions. A graduate of Hunter College, Omarr earned his Bachelor's degree in 2018 and has since built a strong reputation for his creative vision and technical expertise.
He is also the founder of Haitian Hideout, a popular YouTube channel dedicated to educating viewers on all aspects of music. Through this platform and beyond, Omarr has consistently demonstrated his passion for storytelling and his ability to capture compelling content that resonates with audiences.
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Omarr first connected with Delson in 2019. Since then, the two have collaborated extensively, producing high-quality reels, interviews, and a variety of multimedia content. Omarr's dedication to excellence and attention to detail are evident in every project he undertakes.

Mirna L. White, Esq., is a results-driven professional and executive who brings over 20 years of legal expertise as a former attorney and in her current role as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Known for her sharp strategic insight, Mirna specializes in asset protection, estate planning, business formation, and real estate advisory services. Her mission is clear: to help individuals, families, and organizations safeguard what they have built and ensure a lasting legacy.
In her current leadership role, Mirna oversees legal compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, and governance initiatives, supporting both business growth and operational security.
